There are many positions at Montpelier Motor Speedway that we are looking to fill/add to. A brief job description follows each.

Track Official:

      PIT STEWARD: In this position you will work under the direction of the Race Director and your duties would include, but not be limited to,

               parking race haulers, relaying information to the competitors and assist with lining up the events.

      TICKET SALES:  In this position you will work under the direction of the Promoter/General Manager and your duties would include, but not

               be limited to, selling tickets/pit passes and balancing your sales against a ticket manifest.

      GATE ATTENDANTS:  In this position you will work under the direction of the Promoter/General Manager and your duties would be to control

                access in and out of entrance gates and to verify that the proper credential/ticket is in hand. You would also be responsible for assuring

                that facility regulations are met, such as NO COOLERS, NO PETS, etc.

      TIMING/SCORING/REGISTRATION:  These positions are under the direction of the Race Director. A knowledge of race operation is helpful,

                as is the use of computers and transponder systems. The positions include such duties as registering drivers for nightly competition,

                issuing transponders, timing and/or scoring of the races.

Concessions:

       This position involves work inside of the Concession Stand and may include, but not be limited to counter service, money collection, cooking,

                stocking, and cleaning. Good people skills are important as well as attention to service and speed.

General Labor:

       This is a part-time position on an as-needed basis. The duties may include, but not be limited to, grass mowing, weed eating, weed spraying,

                general maintenance, trash collection and deliveries/pick-up.
